Q: I love a print, but I wish it was a little different. How do I request a change?

A: We want you to have the perfect piece. Whether you'd like to change a color, request a custom size, add or remove a feature, or something else, let's talk about it! Email is the best way to reach me with your idea: juliamaceart@gmail.com.

Pricing:
Pricing varies based on the scope of the change. We will provide a quote for cost and time after discussing the alterations with you. To get an idea of price range, please see the minimums below. These are only guidelines and the final cost will vary. Please get in touch for an accurate quote.

  • Change up to three colors - $25 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • Change part of the design - $25 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • Resize - $25 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • Projects needed in less than 7 business days could be subject to a rush processing fee of $15

All charges are in addition to the artwork's listed price.


Q: Do you offer rush delivery?

A: We sure do!

Pricing:

  • Standard print with overnight shipping - $40 overnight shipping + $15 rush processing fee
  • Altered print with overnight shipping - $25 per hour (1 hour minimum) + $40 overnight shipping + $15 rush processing fee
  • Standard print with 2-3 day USPS Priority shipping - $15 rush shipping + $15 rush processing fee
  • Altered print with 2-3 day USPS Priority shipping - $25 per hour (1 hour minimum) + $15 rush shipping + $15 rush processing fee

All charges are in addition to the artwork's listed price.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! Shipping fees depend on your specific location and the dimensions and volumes of prints you order. Contact us for a detailed quote at juliamaceart@gmail.com.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: ​We accept exchanges of undamaged prints within seven days of delivery so you can try them out in your space. If a package arrives damaged, take a photo of the damaged package and damaged print(s) and send them to juliamaceart@gmail.com. In most cases we will file a claim with the shipper and replace your damaged print(s).


Q: Do any of your prints come framed?

A: Sorry, but frames are not offered at this time.


Q: I want a custom piece for private use. How do I order it?

A: Custom pieces are some of the best. Contact juliamaceart@gmail.com with your concept, ideal budget, and a list of any pieces that you are drawing on for inspiration. Most commissions cost from $150 - $300. Your final cost will be provided in a quote after discussing the project.

  • $60 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • Projects needed in less than 7 business days could be subject to a rush processing fee of $100

Q: I want to use your art for my business. How do we do that?

A: If you want to do a business collaboration, it will speed up the process to include this information in your first email to juliamaceart@gmail.com.

A brief overview of you and/or your business. Website and social media links are helpful.

  • A description of the proposed work and its uses
  • Please specify if you are looking for custom artwork or if you want to license an existing piece. If you are looking at existing work, please include which one(s) and the proposed use(s)
  • Time restraints or any other date-specific conditions
  • After discussing the project, you will be quoted a price

Pricing:
Here are some basic guidelines for commercial use:

  • Any custom work for business, branding, or commercial use has a minimum surcharge of $500 + $50 deposit/consultation fee (non-refundable) + $60 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • Licensing existing work for commercial use with slight changes is $250 for licensing + $60 per hour (1 hour minimum) for changes
  • License for existing work for commercial use with no changes is $250
  • Projects needed in less than 7 business days could be subject to a rush processing fee of $100


Q: We want to sell your art! How do we collaborate?

A: We're overjoyed that you are interested in becoming a Julia Mace Art ambassador! Reach out to us at juliamaceart@gmail.com to discuss products, purchasing, shipping, and timelines.


Q: I want to get a tattoo of your work, but I know taking it without permission is stealing. How do I get permission?

A: There is no greater compliment to an artist than for someone to carry it with them forever. If you want to use an existing designs for your tattoo, you need to purchase a tattoo permit in the shop. On behalf of the art community, thank you for your integrity and support.

*No permission is granted for use besides a personal tattoo design. You may not use this design for commercial purposes nor may you reproduce it in any away apart from a single tattoo use.

 

Q: Who owns the rights to your artwork?

A: All original artwork and prints are the property of Julia Mace Art and may not be reproduced or distributed in any way without express permission as outlined above.
